Congratulations to Adam Hall for his successful handling of a claim in arbitration involving trade secrets, nondisclosure issues, and the breach of a commission agreement. In this recent ruling the arbitrator held that our client’s former employer engaged in an anticipatory repudiation of the commission agreement, thereby breaching the agreement, and that our client did not breach his employment agreement when he retained documents necessary to prove the claim for commissions.
