Adam Hall attended the Defense Research Institute seminar on Insurance Bad Faith and Extra-Contractual Liability in Chicago on July 22-24. The seminar addressed the latest trends and developments in bad faith litigation; insight from policyholder attorneys on litigation strategies and themes that succeed in bad faith cases; strategies for discovery, witness preparation, and the use of experts in bad faith litigation; and emerging bad faith issues stemming from COVID business interruption claims.
