The Kansas Court of Appeals affirmed this year a district court’s previous grant of summary judgment in favor of a Thompson Warner client in a case involving land use issues and restrictive covenants. Todd Thompson successfully argued the case before the Douglas County District Court and again this year before the Court of Appeals.
